Clack pH correction water filters are an important component of water treatment systems designed to adjust and maintain the pH level of water to meet specific requirements. pH, which measures the acidity or alkalinity of water, is a critical parameter in water quality management. Water with an improper pH level can lead to a range of issues, including corrosion of pipes and equipment, reduced effectiveness of disinfection processes, and potential health concerns.
IWE offer a range of Clack pH correction filters that are designed to address these issues effectively. These filters are widely used in various applications, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Typically Juraperle is used with our vessels to treat issues with pH. Juraperle is ideal for situations where the initial incoming feed already has a pH level of approximately 6. It is important to also consider factors like iron and manganese content.
To maintain its effectiveness, Juraperle should be replenished annually. Our Juraperle pH systems come equipped with a backwashing valve, ensuring the media remains fresh and allowing for the removal of any suspended particles captured during service, thus preventing channeling.
