The HC300 is a solenoid driven dosing pump, diaphragm actuated, for standard duties where a constant dosing operation with a reliable performance is required. Designed for either continuous or intermittent operation, they are a reliable means of conveying strong chemicals under precise control into water treatment and process systems.They operate on the well proven principle of electromagnetic drive, with electronic frequency control. Their frequency (stroking speed) is adjustable in 2 speed ranges selectable via a two position switch which is also mounted on the facia.

PUMP CONTROL MODE
Constant mode: The pump flow rate is adjusted via a stroke frequency control knob and will constantly deliver according to the flow rate selected.

Switchable scale adjustment: for accurate control of low dosing volumes. Adjustment from 0 -100% or 0 – 20% Optional Level control: If fitted a level switch stops the pump when the chemical level runs low.

The HC301 is a multifunctional electronic solenoid driven dosing pump that has several electronic control options and incorporates an electronic frequency control. The pump features level control and switch. Available plastic support for horizontal mounting.

PUMP CONTROL
Digital controls: allow easy programming for both proportional and manual modes.

Programming modes

Manual mode: enables you to select the exact number of strokes, which can be used to prime the pump.

Pulse Multiplication mode: The pump will stroke in response to an external pulse. The pump control panel enables you to set the number of pulses the pump will stroke from a single pulse.

Pulse Division mode: The pump will stroke in response to external pulses. The impulse counter enables you to set the number of pulses received before the pump does 1 stroke.

Milliamp mode: The pump will stroke in response to an external Milliamp signal. The pump control panel enables you to spread the dosing pumps output across all or some of the milliamp signal. There are also 2 set points for creating your own dosing bandwidth.

The HC300 PH/RX electronic solenoid driven dosing pump has an integral pH/Redox controller with a single control set point which monitors the pH/Redox level of water. Its main purpose is to operate the pump if this level goes above or below the set point.

This set point can be adjusted and features a digital display of the value at any time. Connection to the electrode is made via a BNC connector. The pump is provided with a level facility and level switch. Also available is a plastic support bracket for horizontal mounting.
