AWS HC7 PI
The HC797 PI is a proportional solenoid driven dosing pump, diaphragm actuated microprocessor based with digital controls. The HC797 PI is designed to accept an external volt free pulse typically from contacting head water meter & respond according to that pulse. The stroking speed of the pump can be easily programmed via multiplication or division controls on the front panel. A manual setting is also available for priming purposes.
This model also features low level protection operated by an optional level switch
PUMP FUNCTIONS, DOSING MODES AND CONTROL
Digital controls: allow easy programming for both proportional and manual mode.
Programming modes:
Manual mode: (F1) enables you to select the exact number of strokes, between 1-105 strokes per minute, mainly used to prime the pump.
Multiplication mode:
(F3) The pump will stroke in response to an external pulse. The pump control panel enables you to set the number of pulses the pump will stroke (0-999) from a single pulse.
Division mode:
(F2) The pump will stroke in response to external pulses. The impulse counter enables
you to set the number of pulses received (0-999) before the pump does 1 stroke. Optional Level control: If fitted a level switch stops the pump when the chemical level runs low.
AWS HC797 2T
The HC797 2T is an electronically controlled solenoid driven dosing pump. Designed for integral timer controlled operation, they are a reliable means of conveying flocculant chemicals under precise control into swimming pool filtration plants
It can also be used for essence dosing in boiler plant rooms. The pump has an internal countdown timer that can be programmed by controls on the front panel to permit both off and run times to operate alternately from 0 – 999. This model also features low level protection operated by an optional level switch

Programming modes:
– % mode: (F1) allows you to set a frequency of between 1-105 strokes per minute at which the pump will run at during it’s on time.
– t.on mode: (F2) allows you to set the on time from 0 – 999 seconds.
– t.off mode: (F3) allows you to set the off time from 0 – 999 minutes.
